Please read and confirm the following terms and conditions below:

A special order item cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our supplier, if you decide to cancel a restocking charge will apply.

Special Order Items can only be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct part has been ordered even if Recoturbo have looked up the part number for the vehicle.

The restocking and handling charge is 25% of the invoiced amount (excluding VAT) with a minimum charge of £60 plus VAT.

Special Order items come with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty and customers must contact out warranty department for advice immediately in the event of a problem or suspected failure.

Recoturbo reserve the right to refuse or offer a partial credit for special order items that are returned without the original packaging, have evidence of fitting/use, are damaged or have parts missing.
